I guess with the start of federation of the mozilla.org matrix instance the time has come to invite you all over to #mozilla.ch:matrix.org - no it doesn't have a telegram bridge currently. But the IRC room I'm technically talking into right now will cease to exist in a month or so.

the "link" way to link to that room would be matrix.to/#/#mozilla.ch:mozilla.org though mozilla's Riot web instance lives at chat.mozilla.org and can be accessed by mozilla SSO.

I know that it would be easy, I think some of the telegram bridges even support moderating from the matrix side...
