bhearsum, Do you think there are any problem to call rules api (/rules/columns/product) from ReleasesList? I will can't use the `useMemo` inside `useEffect`, so it is necessary build the list of required signoffs for product separatelly.

Just ignore... Releases api has an endpoints for columns too (/releases/columns/{column})
